This policy covers this website and the early-access waitlist. Nothing else. The Cannae application is not publicly available and is not distributed from this site. When it ships, this policy will be replaced with one that covers it — and we will describe what it does only once it does it.
One thing: your email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form. There is no account to create. We do not run advertising trackers or profiling analytics. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs, including your IP address, in order to serve the page and block abuse.
We email you if and when there is something to try. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your address. Waitlist email is handled by Buttondown under their own privacy policy. Ask us at info@cannae.network to be removed and we will delete your address.
If we receive a subpoena, court order, or lawful request, we will comply with the law. Our goal is to hold as little as possible so there is little to produce; where data does not exist, we cannot produce it. We will not overstate this — any such guarantee is only as strong as the architecture actually deployed at the time.
We will update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted at this URL.
