These terms cover this website and the early-access waitlist. Nothing else. The Cannae application is not publicly available, is not sold, and is not distributed from this site. There is no product to license, no subscription, and no service level. When the product ships, separate terms will govern it.
Joining the waitlist means we may email you when early access opens. It is not a purchase, not a reservation, and not a promise of access, pricing, timing, or of any particular capability. We may close the waitlist or change direction entirely.
Anything describing what Cannae intends to build is a statement of intent, not a representation of a delivered capability. We describe a capability as available only once it ships and has been verified.
This website is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be available or error-free.
