By using Cannae's products or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Cannae provides encrypted compute services through desktop and mobile applications. The service routes your network traffic through hardware-attested cryptographic enclaves that prevent any third party, including Cannae, from accessing your data during processing.
Your account is a cryptographic identity, not a credential. You are responsible for maintaining access to your zero-knowledge private key. If you lose your private key, Cannae cannot recover it because we do not hold it.
You may use Cannae for any lawful purpose. You may not use Cannae to:
Cannae offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the alpha and beta periods, service interruptions should be expected. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.
Cannae provides the service "as is" during the alpha period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cannae is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
